Adam Burke is an attorney dedicated to providing his best for his clients, with a focus in oil & gas law.
Adam’s practice focuses on oil & gas title examination, along with other issues involved in the leasing and acquisition of mineral properties, including pooling, community leases, acquisition and operating agreements, etc. Adam has also helped represent landowners in title research and lease negotiations, assisted oil companies in interstate oil & gas arbitration, and worked with companies acquiring and servicing royalties.
Adam received his B.B.A from Saint Edward’s University in Austin, Texas with a major in Marketing, magna cum laude, and his J. D. from Saint Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to joining Kuiper, Wheat & Associates, he worked in Japan before becoming an associate of a respected Houston oil & gas attorney. Adam is a member of the State Bar of Texas, including the Oil, Gas, and Energy Resources Section, Houston Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
